SheLeads aims to deliver tangible outcomes that strengthen the role of young women in civil society and promote leadership development across Europe.
SheLeads Network
The creation of the SheLeads Network will connect young women, civil society organizations, and community leaders across Europe. The network will serve as a sustainable platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and future partnerships.
Leadership and Networking Academy
The project will develop and implement a series of learning activities designed to equip participants with leadership, communication, and networking skills essential for active engagement in the non-profit sector.
SheLeads Manifesto
Participants will collaboratively develop the SheLeads Manifesto: Young Women’s Visions for the Future of Europe, a document that highlights the perspectives, ideas, and recommendations of young women on topics such as gender equality, democratic participation, and civic engagement.
Empowerment Toolkit
An online toolkit will be developed to provide resources, practical guidance, and methodologies that support leadership development and civic engagement among young women.
Participatory Online BarCamp
The SheLeads BarCamp will be an interactive and participant-driven event designed to encourage open dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas among young women, civil society representatives, and stakeholders from across Europe.
